Strength Training for Endurance Athletes Classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm – 8:00pm Want to improve your performance as an endurance athlete? How about reduce your risk for common endurance-related injuries? What about increasing your lean muscle tissue? Level 4 CrossFit Seattle is offering a 12-week strength class for endurance athletes starting this January. All levels of strength and experience are welcome in this class. The class will be held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8pm and will cover basic strength building, including strengthening the legs, hips, core and upper body. There will be a blend of pure strength plus power work to maximize results in improving exercise economy and performance. Equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, sleds, tires and boxes will be used. Start the new year with this class and set up the rest of your year for success!
